Join us for an energizing Glow Flow this March 13thʉϬ

Shake off winter and revive your energy with an upbeat, movement class set to 90s/00s pop in a gently heated room. Flow, pulse, and stretch as glow sticks light up the space—bringing vibrant, feel-good energy to every move.


All levels are welcome—no experience needed. Come solo or with a friend and leave feeling recharged.

Start time: 6:30-7:15. *Please arrive 5-10 min early to get settled into the space.

Join us for a casual house party at a member's home on Saturday, March 21.

Everyone is welcome, including partners and kids. Enjoy watching all the March Madness games on split screen TV or just hang out for some good times! There will be a sitter for the kids in the basement. We'll have pizza, apps, desserts and we’ll have some beverages on hand, but please feel free to BYOB so you have your favorites. Step out of your comfort zone and have some laughs by attending our casual Bob Ross Inspired Painting Party at a member's home on Wednesday, April 1st at 6:30pm. We'll watch a Bob Ross video and try to follow along with our own painting project. No experience expected, just a good attitude because "we don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents." Cost is $10 per person - all the painting materials, snacks, and beverages will be provided. So if you're in town for Spring Break, please feel free to bring a friend and join us to paint some happy little trees!
