Join us for a warm and relaxing Ladies' Night Out on January 9th! Start the New Year feeling centered and strong with a hot gentle-flow yoga class set to the music of Taylor Swift. Melt away the winter chill as you move through slow, restorative stretches in soothing heat. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Come solo or with friends—just be ready to unwind, reset, and feel amazing for 2026.
Class time: 6:30-7:15 PM. *Please arrive 5-10 min early to get settled into the space
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Rental mats are $4 per person when reserved with your RSVP, and $7 on the day of the event. Feel free to BYO sips and snacks for a 30 min. post workout cooldown afterwards.
