Join us for an energizing Glow Flow this March 13th ✨
Shake off winter and revive your energy with an upbeat, music-driven movement class in a gently heated room. Flow, pulse, and stretch as glow sticks light up the space—bringing vibrant, feel-good energy to every move. All levels are welcome—no experience needed. Come solo or with a friend and leave feeling recharged. Start time: 6:30-7:15. *Please arrive 5-10 min early to get settled into the space. Cost: $15 What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Rental mats are $4 per person when reserved with your RSVP, and $7 on the day of the event.
